The first logo looks okay but the text doesn't look very good and the triangle in the bottom left looks out of place. The second one looks pretty good I don't really have anything bad to say about it. The third logo doesn't really show anything about what it represents.
Overall they are all quite unique in their own way, but the middle one stands out to me as the better out of the three.
I think the first one doesn't look very good. But i like the other 2 logos i think they are designed pretty well in particular i like the simplicity of the last logo.
